About this class
This class is suitable for Pole Level 1, 2, and 3 students; as well as brand new students. In Pole Levels 1-3 you will work on climbing, beginner spins, getting ready to invert, and more. Pole 1: Introduction to Pole If you are brand new to pole dancing, this is where you want to start. Any pole class containing Level 1 is one that is good for brand new students. Pole 2: Foundation Required moves to enter Level 2: Can get both feet off the ground, starting to climb, Basic Sit, Firefighter spin.
