Portrait Photography Workshop

About this class

Kevin Gourley Photography's portrait workshop covers the fundamentals of photographing people, including directing subjects, choosing flattering light, and using depth of field to create separation between subject and background. The three-hour Tuesday class is taught partly in the studio and partly on location outdoors in northwest Austin, giving participants experience in both controlled and natural light environments. Students should bring their own camera.
