About this class
All Levels Welcome. No Experience Needed. In this class we use a folding chair as prop to dance around and on. Depending on your instructor, each class you will cover a sequence of moves, special tricks, and/or choreography. Kneepads are highly recommended, the studio usually has some you can borrow. Socks are encouraged so you may glide along the floor, however the class can be taken barefoot or in heels/boots. Shorts or legging, both will work for this class.
