Ceramic Heights' Muddy Time is a one-hour drop-in wheel throwing class every Saturday where you get two balls of clay, time on one of the studio's ten electric wheels, and the firing and glazing of one finished piece included in the $30 fee. The class is taught for complete beginners and the format is relaxed enough that you can focus on the feel of the clay rather than worrying about technique perfection. The City Heights studio has a neighborhood art center feel and welcomes students of any age.
