About this class
New Orleans after dark offers a completely different set of photographic challenges and rewards, with neon bar signs, candlelit balconies, and the play of street lamps on wet pavement. This two-hour evening walk teaches long exposure technique, how to meter for mixed artificial light, and how to capture motion blur intentionally. Participants leave with a set of after-dark images and a clear understanding of night exposure settings.
