Punch Line Philly's beginner stand-up course teaches students to write and perform original stand-up comedy by working through the mechanics of premise, setup, punchline, and persona across multiple class sessions. Students write new material each week, perform it for the class, and receive structured feedback from the instructor and peers designed to make each bit funnier and more confident in delivery. The course concludes with students performing a short set on the Punch Line stage in front of a ticketed audience.
