Kitchen on Fire's Thursday evening class at the Shattuck Avenue Berkeley kitchen uses a rotating menu taught by a classically trained or guest chef, with each participant cooking at their own station throughout rather than watching a demonstration. The class ends with everyone eating the meal they cooked together. All ingredients, equipment, and recipes are included.
