This Sunday brunch event pairs four to five beers from the current tap list with a curated menu of brunch dishes, with the kitchen and bar staff explaining the reasoning behind each pairing and why certain flavor combinations work together. The session is part meal, part education, covering the fundamentals of pairing carbonation, bitterness, and sweetness against different food textures and flavors. Reservations are required and the event fills to capacity most Sundays.
