Rum Cocktail Workshop: Caribbean Meets Lowcountry

Build five rum cocktails that blend Caribbean technique with Lowcountry flavors: a peach daiquiri, a Planter's Punch with local citrus, a dark and stormy using Firefly ginger beer, a rum sour with South Carolina honey, and a rum Old Fashioned with muscovado sugar. The bar team explains how to choose the right rum for each cocktail style based on body and age. You make and drink all five cocktails during the session.
