Stir Cooking School's Thursday class is a three-hour hands-on session in the Highlands kitchen covering a rotating menu of globally inspired dishes with a full bar available throughout. An instructor guides the whole group through each recipe and technique while everyone cooks side by side, and you sit down together to eat the finished meal at the end. All ingredients and kitchen equipment are provided.
