The Roosevelt Room opens its doors on select Sunday afternoons for a hands-on bartending master class led by the bar's own team. Students work through the techniques behind three signature cocktails, learning how to properly stir, shake, build, and balance a drink alongside the history and context of each style. Walk-ins are welcome but reservations are strongly recommended as spots fill early.
