Charleston Academy of Music offers private adult guitar instruction in acoustic or electric guitar at their Charleston and Mount Pleasant campuses. Students work with professional instructors on technique, chord shapes, music reading, and repertoire suited to their style preferences, from rock and pop to fingerpicking and classical. Lessons work well for complete beginners who have never picked up a guitar as well as returning players who want to refresh and build on prior experience.
