Fullerton College Community Music's Saturday workshop introduces the fundamentals of song structure, chord progressions, and melody writing in a two-hour session that works whether you play an instrument or not. The instructor uses popular song examples to illustrate each concept and gives you a framework for starting your own songs at home. A keyboard and notation worksheet are provided for the session.
