Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden hosts Tuesday morning sketching workshops that take participants out into the garden to draw plants, palms, and tropical specimens in their natural setting. An instructor introduces observation techniques and basic botanical illustration approaches before participants work at their own pace through the grounds. No drawing experience is required, and all paper and pencils are provided.
