The monthly Italian cooking class takes a single ingredient or regional dish as its focus and teaches the technique around it, from how to properly braise a short rib to making a real risotto with the right starch and stock ratio. Bellina's chefs draw on the restaurant's menu and the Italian market's imported ingredient inventory, so you are working with the same products they cook with on the line. The session ends with a family-style meal paired with Italian wines from the market.
