Custom Wine Blending Experience

About this class

In the blending experience, guests work in small groups alongside a Brooklyn Winery winemaker to create their own custom blend from three to five different varietals pulled from the production cellar. Participants learn to taste analytically, adjust ratios, and describe what they are building before bottling and labeling their final blend to take home. Groups are kept to eight so each person has quality time with the winemaking team.
