Saturday Boxing Workshop

Art of Boxing USA's Saturday workshop is a longer-format session that covers a full skill theme each week, from defensive footwork patterns to combination drilling and sparring preparation. The format is open to students who have attended at least a few beginner sessions and want to develop real ring awareness. All equipment is available at the gym and no prior gear purchase is needed to attend your first session.
