Regional Wine Exploration Class

Each Saturday, BottlesUp! digs deep into a single wine-producing region, pouring five to six bottles that illustrate how geography, climate, and winemaking tradition shape the wines coming out of that area. Past sessions have covered Georgia (the country), Hungary, Jura, Canary Islands, and lesser-known pockets of France and Italy, with the shop's buyer explaining why these regions deserve attention and how to find them on store shelves. The format is deliberately exploratory rather than prescriptive, with plenty of time for participants to revisit favorites and discuss what they're tasting.
