Cut and arrange a seasonal bouquet using flowers harvested from Cheekwood's cutting garden the morning of the class. The instructor covers stem conditioning, how to vary height and texture for visual interest, and how to make a grocery store flower look like something from a flower market. You leave with your arrangement and a recipe to recreate it at home.
