Improv Level 1: Foundations

Level 1 at Stomping Ground introduces the core agreements of improvisational theater through games and scene work that build active listening, spontaneous storytelling, and physical presence from the ground up. Each two-hour session is part of an eight-week curriculum designed to move students from feeling awkward about performing to comfortable and connected on stage. No acting background is required, and the ensemble format means you learn alongside the same group of classmates throughout the entire series.
