TalkTales Mixology's cocktail workshop in the Arts District walks you through measuring, shaking, stirring, and straining a series of original cocktails with a professional bartender guiding every step. You make and drink several cocktails during the session, learning the logic behind balance, dilution, and flavor pairing as you go rather than just following a recipe. The Spring Street space is a dedicated cocktail classroom with a full bar setup at every station.
