Dabble Events Nashville's signature Southern cooking class teaches students the real recipe for classic pimento cheese along with a selection of Southern small bites that pair with it, covering the knife skills, mixing technique, and seasoning approach that produce the dish rather than just handing out a recipe card. The class is participatory from the start, with students handling ingredients and learning through doing rather than just watching a demonstration. Students take home their pimento cheese along with the recipes and technique notes from the session.
