The Cheeseboard Collective's seasonal pastry class teaches a rotating menu of baked goods tied to what is best each month, from strawberry crostata and stone-fruit galette in summer to spiced morning buns and nut tarts in fall. Cooperative bakers teach the dough-making, filling, and finishing techniques behind each item. All ingredients and equipment are provided and you take your finished pastries home.
