Beginner Flying Trapeze Class at Emerald City

About this class

Emerald City Trapeze's beginner flying trapeze session is a full-group class that takes you from the ground through your first catches in a single two-hour session. Coaches demonstrate each skill before you climb the platform, walk you through the timing of your swing and release, and catch you mid-air during the knee-hang trick that caps off the class. The experience is open to adults of any fitness level and no prior experience with aerial arts is required.
