The Cheeseboard Collective's Sunday morning baking workshop covers a rotating program of baked goods, from enriched doughs like cinnamon rolls and brioche to quick breads and seasonal muffins, taught by cooperative bakers in the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto production kitchen. The class is hands-on from mixing to shaping and you take your finished baked goods home. All ingredients and equipment are provided.
