About this class
***BEGINNER FRIENDLY*** A trapeze is made up of two ropes attached by a bar that hang from the ceiling.The bar and ropes give you a secure base to explore new movements and body positioning. In this class, we will use what's known as a Dance Trapeze. That means the trapeze is on a spinner. The instructor will also work with you to learn beginner and foundational skills as you focus on getting used to how the trapeze feels when you're in it or moving around it.
