Beer and Food Pairing Dinner

About this class

Work through a four-course meal where each course is designed around a specific Edmund's Oast beer and the pairing logic is explained before you eat and drink. The brewery's chef and head brewer co-teach the session, with the chef explaining the food composition and the brewer explaining what beer character was chosen to interact with it. You eat the full meal and drink a pour of each beer.
