This weekly group guitar class at Old Town School of Folk Music in Lincoln Square teaches open chords, basic strumming, and the foundational technique needed to learn your first songs. The format is social and relaxed with an instructor coaching the whole room, so you build skills alongside other beginners rather than studying alone. Loaner guitars are available if you do not own one yet.
