About this class
Level I/II is for students who have completed a Level I series or have equivalent dance experience. These students will work on foundations from both Level I and Level II. Learn how to properly and safely invert on the pole before moving into your first inverted tricks and transitions. Intermediate level spins are introduced along with upright aerial poses and short floor combinations .
