This workshop is built for people who want to work behind a bar or host confidently at home, covering the mechanics of professional bartending: bottle placement, mise en place, pourspout use, shaking and stirring times, and how to keep a pace when multiple tickets come in at once. You work through a menu of eight drinks using proper bar station setup and the instructor times your builds and gives feedback. The session ends with a speed challenge.
