A six-week beginner class meeting three hours weekly to take students from their first centering attempt through pulling cylinders, opening forms, and basic glazing technique. Class sizes are small so Derek and the assistant instructors give individualized coaching at every wheel throughout each session. Seven fired pieces are included in the cost and kiln firings run throughout the week.
