Community Woodworking Class

About this class

A woodworking session at Community Workshop NOLA in the Bywater covering foundational shop skills including safe machine use, basic joinery, and hand tool fundamentals in a fully equipped cooperative workspace. Students of all skill levels are welcome and work alongside experienced members in the co-op's shop stocked with table saws, planers, drill presses, and hand tools. Completing this session gives participants a working introduction to the woodworking tools and techniques they need to begin developing their own projects.
