This guided brewery tour walks you through the full production process at Temescal, from grain milling and mash conversion through fermentation, conditioning, and packaging. The session finishes with a structured tasting of five current beers, with the brewer or a knowledgeable staff member explaining how each recipe was developed and what distinguishes it from other styles. Tours are kept to small groups so there is plenty of time for questions.
