This Sunday morning session focuses entirely on brunch, teaching students to make a complete spread from scratch including a savory egg dish, something with pastry, and a standout cocktail or mocktail. The instructor covers timing and sequencing so you can pull a multi-dish brunch together efficiently at home without spending the whole morning in the kitchen. You eat everything you make at the end of class.
