***BEGINNER FRIENDLY*** Silks are one of the most popular and highest aerial apparatuses. They tend to be more difficult for beginners as they require more cardio than the others because you have to climb, but everyone has to start somewhere! Silks are a vertical apparatus on a spinner. In addition to all the poses, transitions, spins, and upside-down goodness, each class will include a warm-up, light conditioning, stretching, and a cool-down. Railroad Aerial Arts offer a diverse, safe space for anyone who is interested in joining the circus community.
