Mei Mei's Sunday dumpling class at the South Boston kitchen walks you through every step of making dumplings from scratch, from mixing and rolling dough to filling and folding. Chef Irene Li and her team have taught more than 5,000 students across all skill levels, and you go home with folding skills you can use immediately. Classes run roughly 90 minutes and include cooking and tasting your own creations.
