Hakus and Love specializes in teaching the art of haku lei po'o, the traditional Hawaiian floral crown, in intimate workshop settings on Oahu. In the full-length workshop you spend about two hours learning how to select and prepare fresh flowers, condition greenery, and bind a 20-inch lei po'o using the three-strand braid method passed down through generations of Hawaiian lei makers. Groups of four or more can book a private Friday session and all flowers and supplies are included in the per-person fee.
