Spirit Hound Distillers' cocktail class at 3622 Tejon Street in the Highlands walks you through building three classic spirit-forward cocktails: an old fashioned, a whiskey sour, and a Colorado mule, using their distillery's own spirits and teaching you the proper measurement, shaking, stirring, and garnish technique for each style. The class is taught by the distillery's bar staff in the tasting room and includes a tour of the still and a brief explanation of how their gin and whiskey are made. All spirits and bar tools are included.
