Swizzle Rum Bar and Drinkery's Thursday tasting session explores rum as a serious spirits category with the depth and complexity of great whiskey or brandy. Led by the bar's team of specialists, you taste seven to nine rums from different production traditions, learning to identify the flavor signatures of each style. The session ends with a classic rum cocktail built around your favorite of the evening.
