Ebanista's midweek joinery class teaches students to sharpen and set a hand plane, shoot edges square, and cut a simple mortise-and-tenon joint by hand. The focus is on developing the feel for tool control rather than following a project plan, building the muscle memory that speeds up all future woodworking. Students leave with a fitted sample joint and a tuned plane they can use in future classes.
