Ballet Flamenco La Rosa runs a Sunday morning flamenco class at their Miami studio for adults with no prior flamenco experience, teaching the fundamental footwork patterns, arm positions, and posture of the form in a structured beginner session. The class covers palmas (hand clapping) and basic zapateado (footwork) sequences before combining them into a short coordinated phrase. No partner is required and shoes with a heel are recommended but not required for the first class.
