This hands-on evening class at Cooking Fools in Wicker Park teaches you to mix and knead fresh egg pasta dough, then roll and cut it into noodles by hand. The instructor coaches you through building a sauce to match, and the BYOB space lets you bring wine while you cook. The session ends with a sit-down dinner of everything the group made.
