The Roosevelt Room, Austin's award-winning craft cocktail bar, turns Monday evenings into hands-on cocktail education. Led by the bar's expert bartenders, this class covers spirit categories, bitters and modifier use, shaking and stirring technique, and how to build a well-balanced drink. You make and taste five cocktails during the session and take home the recipes to recreate them.
