Mambo Romero's Friday lesson at El Valenciano runs a beginner bachata segment followed by a salsa-on-two segment, covering the basic steps, timing, and connection for both dances. No partner is required since the class rotates, and the lesson leads straight into the social dance night afterward. It is one of the busiest Latin dance nights in the Mission.
