DC Cooking School offers Saturday cocktail mixology classes where you learn the craft behind classic and contemporary cocktails. Chef Sayeh's approach covers spirit categories, citrus work, balance principles, and the history behind the drinks you mix. Students shake, stir, and build a range of cocktails from old fashioneds to daiquiris to more contemporary creations, leaving with a practical mixology vocabulary and a set of recipes to use at home.
