Reserve 101 in Montrose offers a Friday cocktail class covering the foundational techniques behind classic and modern craft drinks, including proper measurement, stirring vs. shaking, and layering flavors. Students build three cocktails over the course of the evening, guided by Reserve 101's experienced bar staff who explain the spirit and cocktail history behind each drink. All materials and glassware are provided, and participants take home their tasting notes.
