Sunday baking sessions at The Chopping Block are focused workshops where participants learn to bake bread, pastries, or sweets from scratch using professional equipment in the school's Lincoln Square kitchen. Each class covers a single baking discipline in depth, with time to practice shaping, proofing, and finishing techniques under close coach supervision. Participants take home their finished baked goods at the end of the session. All ingredients and tools are included.
