Gold Bar Distillery's Saturday cocktail class on Treasure Island runs through the morning with bay views, covering whiskey tasting and the hands-on technique for an Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, and Paper Plane in the restored Art Deco terminal. Weekday and weekend sessions both include all materials and a guided tasting but the weekend version books up faster. All whiskey, mixers, and bar tools are provided.
