West Coast Swing is a slotted partner dance that fits contemporary music from pop to blues to R&B, and Just Dance Ballroom's Saturday class breaks down the elastic connection, footwork patterns, and musical interpretation that define the style. Students rotate partners throughout the class so everyone practices leading and following with a variety of people, which accelerates real-world skill much faster than working with one person. No prior swing experience is needed and the competition-grade floor gives dancers plenty of space to stretch out the connection.
