Lead Climbing Clinic

About this class

Berkeley Ironworks' lead climbing clinic covers the additional skills required for lead climbing beyond top rope, including clipping technique, fall practice, belaying a leader, and reading a route before you climb it. The session is designed for climbers who have their top rope and belay certification and want to progress to leading, and it includes supervised lead climbing on the gym's 50-foot wall after the technique portion ends.
